Focusing on Cabernet Sauvignon from Martinez Vineyard and others on The Horse Heaven Hills AVA.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon - 2005

Exotic baking spice and pumpkin spice with hints of pepper followed by boysenberry and black fruits in the nose; silky, fine grained tannins and a medium finish. Barrel aged in French Oak for 24 months, 137 cases produced. Harvested from Alder Ridge Vineyard on the Horse Heaven Hills AVA.

Cesár - 2005

Red Wine

Named after our eldest grandson this blend is 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot, 6% Lemberger and 1% Syrah. Raspberry and plum dominate the nose with baking spice and cedar notes. The wine has mild tannins and a smooth finish. Barrel aged for 24 months in French and American Oak, 104 cases produced. Harvested from the Horse Heaven Hills AVA.
